Return Policy

To return your item(s) they need to not have been worn, washed, damaged or destroyed, all accessories must be attached as received including shoes, coats, all clothing materials as sold to receive a refund or exchange. 

All returns must be sent to our shipping return address no later than 10 days per invoice shipping date. All shoes must be returned with it's original package i.e box and not worn. 

We can mail or e-mail  you a return label. Fill out our contact form including your name, e-mail address, address and phone number and in the subject line write "Return Slip"   

Example: Ms. Nella Jones orders a blouse and a pair of jeans on 10/11/12 and She has just received her package  10/17/12. 

The date she received her package has a 10 day window that has started and the package needs to be back  in our hands to submit refund,exchange or return as requested. So to ship it no later than 10/20/12 it should arrive before the 10 window is up so that we may  approve the return.

Questions: If my dress does not fit does that mean that I can't get an exchange or refund? 

Answer: Most certainly does not. As long as you have followed the return policy rules then ship your order back to us as soon as possible with our return slip via mail so we may make the adjustments for you.

Refund Policy

To receive a refund/difference from an order please note this can take up to 5 -7 business days after we receive your return of item(s).

Question: I recently purchased a coat and it I am not totally in love with it. I think I will have my money refunded  to me at this point is that okay?

Answer: Yes! It is totally up to you, It's your funds we just ask that you follow our protocol of refunds/returns policies to do so.

Exchange Policy 

All exchanges have a 10 day window to receive an exchange. The return policy must be followed within this exchange. Please note all exchanges must have been viewed by our Reply Team and instructions of return policy followed:

Question: I thought I would like the Sweater I purchased in Yellow but I see that you have a blue in the same size I wear. Is it okay to exchange my item please?

Answer: Most definitely! We are here to assist you. We just ask to jump start the process please follow the exchange and return policies.
